
"I have always been hesitant to take yoga classes because I felt it was too slow for me. I love energetic classes such as Zumba, however after recent health issues I was unable to perform high intense exercises such my kickboxing classes. Val suggested I take one of her Yoga classes, I said no way to slow for me. She took the time to explain the different styles of yoga and the intensity and I decided to try it. Wow, I was surprised!!!!! She explained the moves and guided me through the poses with clarity and care and it was THE BEST yoga classes that I have taken. I would not do yoga with anyone else.
